Data Principal Rights Request

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) you have the right to access, correct, erase, or port the personal data we hold about you, and to escalate grievances about how we handle it. We respond within 15 days.

You do not need an account. If you ordered at a counter as a walk-in guest, you are a Data Principal too. Use the email address you gave at the counter, and put the phone number you gave — plus the mess and the approximate date — in the box below, because a counter order is not linked to any login and that contact detail is the only way we can find it.

We will email you a confirmation link. Nothing is erased, and no copy of your data is released, until you open that link and press Confirm — this stops anyone who merely knows your email address from acting on your data. If you want to nominate someone to exercise these rights for you on your death or incapacity, choose Nomination and give their name and contact details in the box below.
